1. Service Agreement

By engaging Tektonix for MVP development services, you agree to these terms. Our service includes:

4-week MVP development timeline
Fixed scope and pricing at $6,500 USD
Full code ownership transfer upon completion
30 days of post-launch bug fixes and minor adjustments

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full before project commencement. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and cryptocurrency. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

3. Scope and Deliverables

The project scope is defined in the initial consultation and includes:

Product specification workshop (2 hours)
UX wireframes and modern UI design
Next.js application with authentication and CRUD operations
Deployment on Vercel with basic documentation
Source code and intellectual property transfer

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own 100% of the code, design assets, and intellectual property created for your project. We retain no rights to your custom code or business logic.

5. Timeline and Delays

We commit to delivering your MVP within 4 weeks of project start. If delays occur due to our error, we will complete the project at no additional cost. Client-requested scope changes may extend the timeline.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software.

Project requirements and specifications
Communication records and feedback
Payment information (processed securely by third-party providers)

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:
